The hotel has all the necessary facilities and cleanliness for Japanese people to stay, and I think it is very accessible to Japanese people. The reception desk, staff, and cafeteria are all newly built, and the quality of service is of the Japanese class. After check-out, you can keep your suitcases until the night. Many direct flights to Japan depart at midnight, and they will keep your luggage until that time. It is very convenient because you can freely go sightseeing without any luggage on the day of departure. The two staff members, "WY" and "SANSAN", are very kind and helpful, and SANSAN seems to speak some Japanese and says "どうぞ" or ""いってらっしゃい". The hotel is located near Letang Thong Street, which is close to the Japanese district, and I think the location is excellent if you are planning to use the Japanese district. Excellent location to move around Saigon centre. Felt very clean and neat. The room was not very big but had all the necessary elements to make it comfortable and adequate. Loved the bed and the bathroom (fantastic toilet, Japanese style). The hotel has a lovely rooftop terrace and the pool is really enjoyable. The breakfast room is very pleasant and breakfast, very complete with a variety of products, all of them delicious. Special thanks to Mike, who is not only helpful but the heart and soul of the place, making everybody feel happy. Also to Sue, with her pleasant manners and kind smile, ready to assist too. Would go back any time!

As soon as I arrived, Wy was on it; he went straight for my bags. Check-in was smooth and was given a drink straight away by Wy. When I went to the room it was clean and had everything that | needed. I asked for some recommendations where to eat and Wy gave me some places. late at both; one was a cheap place and the other was 'western' prices. Room was left unmade upon my request. New towels were given. I didn't use the pool. Sue was brilliant behind the desk I would come again and stay.

We had issues with our bank card and were babble to get in touch with the bank. They were very good via email before arriving and then once we arrived. We were out at ease by reception staff. The room was really nice and we particularly loved the bathroom and special toilet. The rooftop pool was awesome and had great views of the river. Wy and Nhu the doormen was attentive and polite. The location is excellent for good eating places and within walking distance of places of interest.
